Room rates include free coffee and tea and are subject to 9% hotel tax.

Policies
Reservations
- Reservations can be made on the website or via phone or email. Only Visa Card and Master Card accepted.
Payments

A deposit of 40% of total booking is required within 48 hours of your reservation.
- An email will be sent after deposit has been made.
- Wire transfers and credit cards are the only accepted means of payment.
Taxes and Rates

Hotel tax of 9% not included in prices.
- All meals, trips and miscellaneous charges are subject to 12.5% GST
Cancellations/ Refunds

60+ days prior to arrival = 100% refund less $100.00 handling fee.
- 45 - 60 days prior to arrival = 50% refund less $100.00 handling fee.
- 0 - 44 days prior to arrival = NO REFUND
- Amber Sunset cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to reasons out of our control ( i.e. Natural Disasters etc.)
General Information
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Service charge of 15% is added to all restaurant services.
- Check - In time is 3:00 pm, Check-Out time is 11:00am
- Rates include free coffee and tea.
- Children 5 years and under stay free. ( Maximum 2 )
- Children 6 years to 12 years get a special discount.
- Unused portions of packages are non-refundable.
